Co-led or acted as a key driver in numerous “first ever” product rollouts, including the industry’s first Identify Theft policy, Travelers ClickSM (online surety bond issuance), The Wrap® (modular executive liability policy), eBond (online executive liability premium indications), and AgentHQ (agency web portal).
Part of due diligence teams when Travelers considered acquiring Merritt Syndicate (second largest Lloyds Syndicate at that time).
Drove the internal and external communications and marketing strategies for numerous mergers/acquisitions, and organizational redesign/BPO initiatives, including Travelers’ acquisitions of Aetna, Reliance Surety, St. Paul Surety and the St. Paul FPS Division.
Selected as first Account Executive to pilot market and sell Travelers’ Client Access Risk Management (CARMA) system – the first online claim information system ever offered by an insurance company.
First Manager in the history of Travelers to hire an Underwriter to work out of their home.
Vigorously lobbied to have Travelers Specialty chosen as the division to be profiled during the debut of the first ever Travelers public website.
Led the first business team in Travelers to custom design specifications for Autonomy Interwoven, a tool allowing business users to manage their own web content without dependence on the IT department.
